Lemon Zucchini Bread with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Glaze

    whole wheat pastry flour*

For the glaze




  • i/4
    cup
    + 2T. powdered carbohydrate


  • two
    tablespoons
    whipped cream cheese


  • 1-2
    tablespoons
    milk


  • i
    teaspoon
    vanilla extract


  • seeds from i vanilla edible bean





Instructions





  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease too flour a 9×v loaf pan. Set aside.




  2. Begin past combining dry ingredients. Whisk together both flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and lemon zest inward a medium bowl. Set aside.
