Lemon Pound Cake with Blueberry Glaze

Ingredients



For the cake




  • two 3/four
    cups
    whole wheat pastry flour*


  • 1

    blanched almond meal

For the huckleberry glaze

    blueberries

    freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions



For the cake




  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Liberally spray a 10-12 loving cup bundt pan alongside nonstick spray. Set aside.




  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat pastry flour, almond meal, baking pulverization, baking soda, together with table salt. Set aside.




  3. In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, butter, kokosnoot rock oil, and sugar until smoothen. Add the eggs and vanilla as well as whisk once more until polish. Add the lemon juice, Greek yogurt, as well as buttermilk, and whisk once more until completely combined.
