Lamb In Addition To Hummus Pita Pizzas

Lamb & Hummus Pita Pizzas

12 ounces solid put down lamb

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

3 cups sliced sugariness onions

2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic

3 teaspoons solid put down cumin

1 teaspoon fresh minced oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon solid put down cinnamon

1/2 loving cup water

1 loving cup chopped seeded tomato

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4-6 (6-inch) pitas (recipe coming soon)

1 loving cup hummus (I used roasted pino nut Sabra)

1/2 loving cup chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons toasted pino nuts



Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.  Add the solid put down lamb too create for five minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.  Remove the lamb too laid aside.  Add the olive stone oil to the pan too swirl to coat.  Add the onion too saute for nearly 4 minutes.  Stir inwards the garlic, cumin, oregano, common salt too cinnamon.  Saute roughly other infinitesimal  Stir inwards 1/2 loving cup of H2O too select to a simmer.  Add the Lycopersicon esculentum too create for simply a few minutes until the tomatoes are simply warmed.  Stir inwards the cooked lamb.  Cover too bring down oestrus too simmer iii or 4 minutes.  Stir inwards the lemon juice too take away from the heat.
