    cut into pocket-size pieces

    almond paste,
    frozen (I used Odense Almond Paste) grated using the large-hole side of a box grater


  • 1
    cup
    buttermilk, good shaken


  • 1
    teaspoon
    almond extract


  • 1/2
    heaping loving cup fresh cranberries,
    whole pocket-size or cutting larger cranberries inwards half


  • 1
    egg


  • 1
    egg mixed alongside 1 teaspoon mutual frigidity H2O for brushing on top


  • Coarse saccharide for topping


  • Sliced almonds for topping





Instructions




  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking canvass alongside parchment newspaper together with develop aside.



  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, together with baking soda.
