Ingredients

    lb
    lo mein noodles


  • 4
    tablespoons
    soy sauce


  • 2
    teaspoons
    sesame oil,
    divided


  • 2
    teaspoons
    granulated sugar,
    dissolved inwards 2 teaspoons hot water


  • 2
    tablespoons
    canola oil


  • 2
    cloves
    garlic,
    minced


  • 1
    cup
    sliced mushrooms


  • 3
    tablespoons
    chopped fresh cilantro


  • 3/4
    cup
    fresh edible bean sprouts


  • 1
    medium carrot,
    julienned


  • 3
    scallions,
    split too cutting on the bias inwards 2” lengths


  • 1
    tablespoon
    grated fresh ginger


  • 1
    cup
    snow peas,
    trimmed


  • 2
    small Bok Choy,
    rough chopped


  • 1
    tablespoon
    dry white wine


  • 1/4
    teaspoon
    Sriracha Spicy Seasoning or cayenne
    optional





Instructions




  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to packet directions. Drain too toss amongst 1/2 teaspoon sesame crude to preclude sticking. Set aside.



  2. In a pocket-sized bowl combine the soy sauce, remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil, Srirach seasoning, too dissolved sugar. Set aside.



  3. Heat canola crude inwards a wok over high heat. Add the ginger, garlic too the white parts of the scallions too sauté speedily until they free their aroma.



  4. Add the carrots, remaining pieces of scallion too mushrooms. Cook around other 2-3 minutes too thence add together the wine.



  5. Stir nipper for around other infinitesimal too add together the edible bean sprouts , snowfall peas too Bok Choy. Saute until the Bok Choy is wilted.
