    heavy whipping cream

    vanilla beans* (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)


  • 2 1/2
    cups
    powdered sugar, sifted
    (300g)





Instructions




  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Line ii 12-cup muffin pans alongside close 14-15 cupcake liners (this recipe makes close 14-15 cupcakes). Set aside.
