Ingredients

    whole milk


  • 2
    tablespoons
    unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder


  • dash of Sea Salt


  • 1

    bittersweet chocolate chips


  • 4
    large egg yolks


  • 1
    cup
    granulated sugar,
    divided


  • 1
    cup
    heavy cream


  • 1
    teaspoon
    vanilla extract





Instructions




  1. IN a pocket-size bowl whisk together 3/4 loving cup of the saccharide too the cocoa powder.



  2. Pour 2 cups whole milk into a medium saucepan too whisk inwards the sugar/cocoa mixture. Heat on medium until the mixture reaches 185 degrees on an instant-read thermometer. But howdy – mine turned out great!  It is the creamiest frozen dessert I’ve ever had.  Custard H2O ice creams (those containing egg yolks) are my favorites too chocolate, good chocolate too I convey a affair going on.  It tin never live too chocolaty.
