Pesto Mushroom Sweet Potato Spinach Frittata
Ingredients

babe portobello (cremini) mushrooms, sliced

diced roasted sweetness potatoes (or use whatsoever leftover potatoes or veggies you take on paw)

of your favorite pesto

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉. Liberally grease a x inch form iron skillet or baking dish amongst coconut crude oil or cooking spray.
