
This makes 2-four servings, depending on the size
1/four c. farro, cooked
i/ii c. diced cucumber
i/four c. roasted cherry peppers, chopped
feta cheese, crumbled (whatsoever total y'all like)
Grilled chicken, cut into seize with teeth size chunks, most ane c. (optional) (I unremarkably buy chicken for the week, grill it, in addition to proceed it inwards the fridge to add to salads)
2 c. baby spinach leaves
2 tsp. chopped herbs of your choice (I used basil, oregano, together with parsley)
