Mediterranean Chopped Salad with Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
For the salad

Instructions
Begin by making the shrimp. In a big bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, table salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp together with toss to combine. Let marinate for 20-thirty minutes.
