Peach-Mango Smoothie

When it’s this hot outside, sometimes yous only involve something cool for dinner.  Ripe, soft, sweetness mango alongside fresh frozen peach slices.  Splash inward a piffling almond milk, orangish juice together with Greek yogurt together with yous convey a meal!  This would live on nifty for breakfast or tiffin or anytime but I had it for dinner!

I’ve started ‘flash freezing’ my extra fruit if I’m non able to consume it correct away.  Clean, peel, field or die whatever you’re freezing together with house them inward a unmarried layer on a wax newspaper covered baking sheet.  Pop the whole pan inward the freezer together with i time the fruit is individually frozen, deed them to a storage container to piece of job along for after use.  As they were individually frozen, yous tin push clit out a unmarried piece or several without having to divide the fruit.  I love that!

3/4 loving cup Vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 loving cup Greek yogurt

1/2 loving cup H2O ice cubes

1 whole peach, sliced, peeled together with frozen

1 whole Mango, peeled together with diced

Truvia Sweetener, dear or Agave Nectar to taste

Blend all ingredients together with serve inward a chilled drinking glass garnished alongside additional frozen fruit.
