Salmon is hands down one of my favorite foods. My favorite fashion to fix it is alongside Asian flavors. I ordinarily make it alongside a ginger sesame glaze, or a miso glaze. Serves iii-four
3-4 salmon filets, no thicker than one”
ii T. sweetness chili sauce
ii T. honey
i T. mirin (tin can likewise sub rice vino vinegar)
one T. soy sauce
zest and juice of ane lime
one/two tsp. pepper
pinch of common salt
ane scallion, thinly sliced
one/iv c. chopped fresh cilantro
