Summery Toasts…5 Ways!

TOAST. One of my favorite things inward the ENTIRE WORLD. I eat it most every solar day in about manner cast or form, whether it live avocado toast alongside an egg for breakfast, peanut butter/almond butter toast with banana in addition to dearest and flaked kokosnoot, simply patently ol’ peanut butter toast for a snack, toast with coconut butter, toast alongside cashew butter together with blueberries…y'all go it. This one is my have on a caprese toast. Fresh mozzarella, beautiful heirloom tomatoes, sliced strawberries, fresh basil, dearest, too balsamic glaze. Summer at it’second finest. Such elementary combinations can live then incredible.

Avocado, grilled corn, bacon, cotija cheese, in addition to chives. One of the best combinations I’ve e'er had. Avocado too bacon are pretty self-explanatory when it comes to their amazingness, merely the improver of salty cotija, charred corn, chives, and a spritz of lime?! I have no words.

THIS 1. Is my absolute favorite. Burrata is i of the nigh amazing things on the planet. I e'er gild it when I become out if it’sec on the bill of fare. I love seeing how dissimilar places fix it. It’sec then darn CREAMY in addition to perfect. Ugh.


I paired the burrata with the sweetest caramelized peaches, a footling orange zest, balsamic glaze, too fresh thyme. So decadent.

This toast is a niggling lighter than the others. It’s then fresh in addition to wonderful. It has avocado, thinly sliced cucumber, microgreens, lemon, in addition to hemp seeds. SO refreshing together with it’second nifty paired with the other toasts.

This is more than of a desserty toast too totally smashing if you honey sweeter, more fruity things. I added blueberries in addition to dearest to ricotta (it’s purple..how pretty?!), as well as topped it alongside fresh figs, love, as well as toasted almonds. So then delish.

Ingredients





  • For the CAPRESE toast:


  • ii
    thick slices of your favorite grainy staff of life, toasted (I used the "seeduction" staff of life from Whole Foods)


  • i-ii
    heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced


  • ii-3
    strawberries, thinly sliced


  • 5-half-dozen
    basil leaves, thinly sliced


  • i
    iv oz. ball mozzarella, sliced


  • balsamic glaze for drizzling (I sometimes make mine just I got mine for this recipe at Trader Joe's!)


  • love for drizzling


  • bounding main salt and pepper


  • For the AVOCADO + BACON toast:


  • two
    thick slices of your favorite grainy bread, toasted


  • 1
    ripe avocado

    grilled corn

  • For the CARAMELIZED PEACH + BURRATA toast:

    4 oz. ball burrata cheese


  • ane
    peach, thinly sliced

    brown sugar

    tsp.
    coconut fossil oil (tin sub butter)


  • 1/2
    tsp.
    orange zest


  • 1

    chopped fresh thyme


  • balsamic glaze for drizzling


  • bounding main table salt for sprinkling


  • For the AVOCADO + CUCUMBER toast:


  • ii
    thick slices of your favorite grainy bread, toasted


  • i
    ripe avocado


  • one/3
    c.
    thinly sliced cucumber


  • handful of microgreens


  • juice of half a lemon


  • ane/two
    tsp.
    lemon zest


  • ane
    tsp.
    hemp seeds


  • sea table salt in addition to pepper


  • For the FIG and RICOTTA toast:


  • two
    thick slices of your favorite grainy bread, toasted


  • 1/three
    c.
    ricotta cheese


  • 2
    T.
    blueberries


  • one
    tsp.
    love


  • pinch
    of ocean common salt


  • two-3
    figs, sliced


  • 2
    T.
    sliced almonds, toasted


  • more dearest for drizzling





Instructions





  1. For the CAPRESE toast: Make certain your bread is well toasted. Lay the slices of mozzarella on each toast, then the heirloom tomatoes, and so the strawberries. Sprinkle with basil, in addition to drizzle amongst balsamic glaze as well as dearest. Season with sea salt in addition to pepper. Makes two toasts.




  2. For the AVOCADO + BACON toast: Make sure your bread is well toasted. Use ane/ii of an avocado for each toast in addition to bang it onto the bread. Top with corn, bacon, and cotija cheese. Sprinkle with chives in addition to complete with a spritz of lime juice. Makes 2 toasts.
