Another healthy breakfast thought. So slow to position together too take it inward the fridge all calendar week for when you’re on the go inwards the morn. How pretty?! Can’t become over how gorg the piffling pomegranate arils are. It’second perfect to lay in your breakfast rotation along with my avocado toast.
Makes iv-v servings
ii c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2/3 c. 0% obviously Greek yogurt
ane vanilla edible bean, seeds scraped (yous tin sub one tsp. vanilla extract)
one tsp. cinnamon
1 T. honey
2 T. chia seeds
ane i/two c. oats
1/ii c. pomegranate arils + more for topping
toasted almonds and kokosnoot flakes for topping
First, whisk together the almond milk, yogurt, vanilla bean seeds, cinnamon, beloved, too chia seeds until combined. Once combined, stir inwards the oats, and so the pom seeds too position inward a tupperware container overnight.
Enjoy inward the morning time amongst toasted almonds, toasted kokosnoot, a drizzle of dear, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or really anything! You tin meridian it with more fruit, sliced bananas, nut butter. Endless possibilities. LOVE the crunch alongside this version though.
