Plum Strawberry Coconut Oatmeal Crisp (gf)

Summer desserts are TOO GOOD. Plus, when served inward personal sized mini ramekins, how can y'all not dearest them?! Give me all the berries and stone fruit for the adjacent iii months. I tend to purchase besides many berries earlier I can eat all of them/they get-go to become bad, and so this is a PERFECT dessert recipe if you lot’re anything similar me. It’s gluten complimentary and refined saccharide free as well! And vegan if y'all don’t use the yogurt topping. If you’re vegan, you could totally height it amongst kokosnoot milk ice cream and it would live INCREDIBLE. You volition non believe this dessert is salubrious.


This recipe is perfect for a engagement night also because it makes two cute footling desserts. Or, yous could double this in addition to make it inward an eight×8 foursquare pan if you lot’re serving more than people.   • For the TOPPINGS:

Instructions





  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray to 4'' ramekins alongside coconut petroleum cooking spray or regular cooking spray. Stir together diced plums, strawberries, agave, lemon, in addition to vanilla inward a modest bowl. Set aside.




  2. To make crumble, stir together oats, cinnamon, almond meal, coconut saccharide, and common salt.
