Peach and Plum Burrata Salad with Farro and Herbs

This salad embodies summer in addition to roughly of my favorite things near it. Juicy peaches, plums, creamy burrata (my favorite thing EVER), arugula, fresh herbs, too a tangy peach dressing. I added around farro for staying power, which I dearest too. It has such a wonderful chewy texture together with adds a lot to this delicious salad.

Although I detest to meet summer get, I am and then excited for autumn. I absolutely honey autumn together with everything about it. It’sec 100% my favorite flavour. I associate and then many good memories with autumn, like going apple tree and pumpkin picking every bit a child alongside that chill in the air, sitting outside and drinking warm apple tree cider, my birthday (I’m a Nov infant), coming habitation to the incredible olfactory property of my mom’second pumpkin cranberry staff of life baking…I could get on and on.

  • For the SALAD:

    cooked farro (I purchase the quick, 10-infinitesimal cooking farro from Trader Joe'sec or Whole Foods)

    plum, diced


  • one
    peach, diced

    4 oz. ball of burrata cheese


  • table salt in addition to pepper to taste





Instructions
