These are my become-to free energy bites that I make near every Sun to accept prepare for snacks, healthy desserts, or a pre-workout seize with teeth. I wanted to share them for meal prep Monday because I believe them to live SO helpful together with of import to accept on paw if yous’re trying to stick to a healthy lifestyle. Basically, they ensure I don’t observe myself waist deep in a family unit size pocketbook of chips at 3pm. I know you know what that’sec like. And if you lot don’t, major credit goes to yous.
Of grade I HAD to make them chocolate + peanut butter flavored..because honestly what is improve?!
The fabulous thing nearly these is that they tin be customized to jibe your sense of taste too dietary needs. You tin can purpose almond butter, cashew butter, or whatever nut butter you lot like. You tin can function gluten gratis oats if you’re gluten gratuitous. You tin add together honey instead of maple syrup. These would live delish alongside a niggling cinnamon as well!
They too freeze beautifully. If I make a large batch as well as know I won’t go through them within the side by side calendar week or ii, I only freeze more or less inwards an airtight container or plastic bag, in addition to pull them out when I’one thousand cook.
Do yous guys repast prep? What variety of material do yous like to make to go on on paw during the week? Is in that location anything y'all’d like to encounter from me repast-prep-wise? Tell me!
