Mexican Sweet Potato Fries with Avocado Aioli
Ingredients
For the fries
two
sweet potatoes, cut into wedges

For the avocado aioli

avocados, pitted
juice of one lime
handful of cilantro

small clove garlic

mayonnaise

pinch of crushed cerise pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a modest bowl, mix together the cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, paprika, garlic powder, too table salt. Add the potatoes to the baking canvass as well as toss with the olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the potatoes too toss to coat.
