Cream Cheese Avocado Toast with Heirloom Tomatoes and Poached Eggs
Ingredients
two
thick slices sourdough bread, toasted (or your favorite crusty grainy bread!)

avocado, pitted
i/four
teaspoon
table salt
mash of lime

poached eggs (or fried, scrambled, sunny side upward, etc. whatsoever your favorite is!)

heirloom Lycopersicon esculentum, sliced
cream cheese
microgreens
common salt as well as pepper
Instructions
In a small-scale bowl, mix together the avocado, common salt, in addition to lime juice. Smash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
Spread toasted staff of life with a generous layer of cream cheese, then top amongst the smashed avocado as well as love apple slices.
