Chickpea Flour Flatbread with Cherries, Honey Ricotta, Feta, and Arugula (gf)

Easy summer apps are 1 of my favorite things. I absolutely LOVE having lite “snacky” dinners when it’second hot out and when at that place’sec and so much beautiful make. I am as well loving this thought of a CHICKPEA FLOUR FLATBREAD. It has the virtually wonderful cracker-like texture, it’sec gluten free, together with super calorie-free. It doesn’t weigh you downwardly similar a normal pizza crust, too it’sec entirely 3 ingredients! Feel free to use your favorite crumbly cheese in this recipe. I’k weird together with I have a potent dislike for goat cheese (it tastes and so strong as well as foul to me), simply it would in all probability be delicious on this flatbread in addition to so would blue cheese. Ingredients





  • For the DOUGH:

    dried thyme

  • For the FLATBREAD:

    role-skim ricotta cheese

    of sea table salt

    dark sweet cherries, pitted too sliced

    feta cheese, crumbled


  • 2

    fresh thyme, chopped


  • handful of arugula, chopped


  • freshly earth black pepper


  • extra dear for drizzling





Instructions





  1. Preheat oven to 400℉. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, garlic pulverization, dried thyme, sea common salt, together with pepper until combined. Add the olive oil in addition to mix amongst your hands until crumbly. Slowly add together in H2O too knead into a ball using your hands. Let dough residual for xv minutes.
