Chai Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

    bananas, previously sliced and frozen

    frozen cauliflower

    tablespoon
    almond butter


  • one/2
    teaspoon
    vanilla extract


  • ane
    tablespoon
    hemp seeds


  • one
    medjool appointment, pitted

    teaspoon
    cardamom

    teaspoon
    cinnamon


  • one/two
    teaspoon
    ground ginger

    teaspoon
    earth cloves

    teaspoon
    ground nutmeg


  • pinch of black pepper


  • ane one/four
    cups

Instructions
