BLT’sec: One of my favorite sandwiches. Grilled Cheeses: Can’t get wrong always. So why non combine them? I think it’s pretty self explanatory. Cheese, bacon, heirloom tomatoes, crusty grainy staff of life….I wanna swallow this every 24-hour interval.
Makes two sandwiches
iv-half dozen slices bacon, cooked
2-four slices heirloom Lycopersicon esculentum
four-v oz. mild cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
4 slices whole grain crusty sourdough
handful of jump mix
softened butter, for spreading
Begin past spreading outsides of staff of life amongst butter. Preheat nonstick skillet to medium/high rut. Lay slices of cheese on insides of all four slices of breadstuff. Top ii of the slices alongside bacon, heirloom tomato, in addition to a minor handful of jump mix. Top each sandwich with other bread half. Grill for ii-three minutes per side, until cheese is melty together with bubbly as well as staff of life is gilded in addition to crusty. It may take about fourth dimension, it depends on your stove. Add a picayune more butter to the pan if needed.
