Can y'all say I’k on an avocado kick? Well, I pretty much ever am. They are ever inwards my menage. I use them for everything. Smash them on toast, make my favorite avocado egg toast, smasher them on sandwiches rather than using mayo, add together it to salads, salsas, and make guac of course. My favorite. I’k pretty sure I could’ve eaten this entire batch, but I exercised equally much self command I accept, in addition to brought it to friends at function. It was devoured.
Adding bacon to guac is likely the best thought I’ve ever had..it adds this delicious salty bite. And the queso fresco…my favorite Mexican crumbly cheese..is SO proficient inward this. Now this recipe is not actually January diet food, just who cares. Make it for Superbowl Sunday in addition to you lot’ll thank me.
Serves four-half-dozen
five slices thick cutting bacon, cooked and crumbled + more for topping (i-2 slices), if desired
four avocados
juice of 2 limes

ii cloves garlic, minced
2 T. chopped cilantro
ane/four tsp. cumin
i/4 tsp. chili pulverization
pinch of carmine pepper flakes
salt in addition to pepper
ane/iv-i/2 c. crumbled queso fresco, for topping
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except for the queso fresco in addition to bang together amongst a fork or Irish potato masher until combined. Season to taste with salt as well as pepper.
