Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
For the maple roasted figs

diced figs

teaspoons
extra virgin olive oil

pure maple syrup

pinch of table salt and pepper
For the vinaigrette

balsamic vinegar

extra virgin olive crude oil

water
minor clove garlic

fresh thyme leaves

Instructions
Begin by making the maple roasted figs. Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a rimmed baking canvass amongst parchment newspaper. Add the figs, olive fossil oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, together with a pinch of common salt in addition to pepper to the baking canvas and toss to coat. Bake for x minutes or until the figs are soft in addition to juicy. Let cool.
