Sprouted Wheat Bread

4 1/2 cups sprouted wheat flour

2 1/4 cups whole milk

Place ii 1/4 cups whole milk too the love inwards a medium saucepan too oestrus on medium-low until it reaches 100-105 degrees on an instant read thermometer.  Sprinkle the yeast on top of the warm milk mixture too allow it to residuum for 5-10 minutes or until the yeast has bloomed (foamy).  


In the bowl of a stand upwardly mixer fitted alongside the dough hook, add together the sprouted wheat flour too salt.  Stir to combine.  Pour the milk into the flour too mix on depression until the dough comes together inwards a ball.  This may guide maintain a few minutes.  Add a piddling to a greater extent than flour if needed (1 tablespoon at a time).  Cover the bowl alongside a build clean towel too allow it residuum for 10 minutes.
