Healthy Taco Skillet



A super fast in addition to veggie-packed weeknight repast made alongside solid soil turkey, cherry tomatoes, spinach, spices, in addition to soft eggs! Clean-eating done right!

  • 1/4

    of dark pepper


  • 1/2
    tsp
    chili powder


  • 1/2
    tsp
    ground cumin


  • 2 1/2
    cups
    fresh spinach


  • 1 1/2
    cups
    cherry tomatoes


  • 4
    eggs


  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:


  • avocado


  • green onion





Instructions





  1. Prep: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 

    Heat the stone oil inwards a large cast atomic reveal 26 skillet (I used my 12-inch skillet) over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, in addition to turkey in addition to cook, stirring occasionally in addition to breaking upwards the large pieces alongside your spatula, until the onions are translucent, and the meat is done.
