Melon Salsa

Start amongst basic salsa ingredients:  chopped cilantro, freshly squeezed lime juice, minced onion, a seeded together with chopped jalapeno, tabular array salt together with pepper together with mix it upward amongst a footling honey, sweetie 🙂  Whisk until blended.  Set aside.

Melon Salsa

(inspired past times a recipe on Taste of Home)

1 loving cup seedless watermelon, cubed

1 loving cup lemondrop melon, cubed

   (or cantaloupe, or honeydew, or both)

1/4 loving cup diced cherry-red onion

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded together with diced

1 heaping tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon honey

Juice of ane lime (about 1 tablespoon)

dash of tabular array salt together with pepper

In a small-scale bowl combine the lime juice together with honey.  Whisk until blended.  Add the onion, jalapeno, cilantro, tabular array salt together with pepper.  Mix together with laid upward aside.  Combine the watermelon together with other melon inward a large mixing bowl.  Pour the lime love mixture into the bowl together with plication to combine.  Serve amongst chips, or grilled chicken or equally a fruit salad.
