Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients




  • 1
    head of cauliflower


  • 8
    tablespoons
    unsalted butter,
    divided


  • 1
    leek,
    white together with low-cal light-green parts solely halved, washed together with sliced thin


  • 1
    medium sugariness onion,
    sliced


  • fresh dry reason pepper


  • sea salt


  • 5
    cups
    water,
    plus some other 1/4 loving cup if needed


  • 1/2
    teaspoon
    white balsamic vinegar


  • fresh chopped chives for garnish





Instructions




  1. Trim the outer leaves from the caput of cauliflower. Trim some the nub together with take to a cutting board. Remove the tough outer layer of the stalk together with hence spell thin. Set aside.
