Well, all those xviii years I've been making this, it's ever been a hit. Each together with every time. Yes, this is i of those recipes ... i that whenever people accept their starting fourth dimension bite, you lot involve heed a deeply satisfied mmmmmmmmmm. Music to a cook's ears.
With a coffee-laced fudgy brownie bottom, topped alongside 2 creamy pudding-and-Kahlua-and-coffee layers, what's non to love?

Ingredients
1st Layer:
- 1/3 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. instant java granules
- 1/2 of a 19.8 oz. box fudge brownie mix (about 2 c. dry out mix)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 T. Kahlua
- 1 tsp. instant java granules
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 modest (3.9 oz.) package chocolate instant pudding {sugar-free industrial plant fine}
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip {Lite industrial plant simply fine}
- 1 T. Kahlua
- 1 tsp. instant java granules
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- chocolate curls {optional}
- For the 1st Layer: Combine hot H2O together with 2 teaspoons instant java granules inwards a medium bowl; stir well. Add dry out brownie mix, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, together with egg whites; stir until good blended.
- Pour into a 9-inch pie plate coated alongside non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 22-25 minutes, until brownie is done. Cool completely.
- For the sec Layer: Combine milk, 2 tablespoons Kahlua, 1 teaspoon instant java granules, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, together with pudding mix inwards a bowl; rhythm out alongside an electrical mixer at medium speed for 1 minute. Gently crimp inwards 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip.
- Spread pudding mixture evenly over brownie layer.
- For the third Layer: Combine 1 tablespoon Kahlua together with 1 teaspoon instant java granules inwards a bowl; stir good to dissolve java granules. Gently crimp inwards 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread mixture evenly over pudding layer. Sprinkle alongside chocolate curls, if desired.
- Store loosely covered inwards the refrigerator.
