    pure almond extract


  • 1/2
    cup
    buttermilk, good shaken


  • 2
    cups
    fresh cranberries,
    rinsed too spread on a newspaper towel to dry


  • 3.5
    ounces
    almond paste,
    frozen (I used Odense Almond Paste) grated using the large-hole side of a box grater (1/2 of a seven ounce package)


  • 1 1/2
    teaspoons
    coarse saccharide for sprinkling





Instructions




  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.




  2. Lightly grease too flour an 8-inch springform pan, laid aside.



  3. In a pocket-sized bowl combine ii cups of flour, common salt too baking powder.



  4. In the bowl of a stand upwards mixer combine the butter too granulated sugar. Beat on medium for 3-4 minutes, scraping downwards the sides every bit needed, until lite too fluffy.
