    cups
    pistachio, chopped
    (150g)


  • 1
    cup
    semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    (175g)





Instructions




  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.




  2. In a medium bowl whisk flour, baking powder, together with common salt to combine. Set aside.




  3. In a large mixing bowl, using a handheld or stand upwards mixer fitted amongst a paddle or whisk attachment, stir butter, sugar, together with stone oil on medium speed simply until combined near 1 minute.
