Loaded Spring Guacamole
Ingredients
3/4
loving cup
thawed frozen peas + ii tablespoons for topping

avocados, pitted
juice of ½ a lime
juice of ½ a lemon
zest of ¼ of a lemon + extra for topping

diced red onion

crumbled feta cheese

slices bacon, cooked too crumbled

tablespoons
chopped cilantro + extra for topping
lime wedges for serving
tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
Place peas inward a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add to a medium bowl in addition to add together the avocados, lime juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, cherry-red onion, garlic, and table salt. Mash amongst a fork until desired consistency is reached.
