Lightened-Up Shrimp Salad
Ingredients

pound
big shrimp, peeled and deveined
three/four
loving cup
evidently Greek yogurt (I used 0%, just two% or whole would yield a creamier effect)

tablespoons
mayonnaise
juice of ½ a lemon
ii i/2
teaspoons
Old Bay seasoning
1/3
loving cup
diced cherry onion
two/three
cup
diced celery
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil as well as table salt the H2O (nigh a teaspoon). Once boiling, add the shrimp as well as prepare for four-v minutes or until cooked through. Mine were frozen, and then they took a few minutes longer.
Once shrimp are cooked, drain them and operate nether common cold water to assist them cool.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, in addition to Old Bay until combined. Add the shrimp, red onion, together with celery and toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve in lettuce cups, on a sandwich, on crackers, or only by itself!
