Fig Balsamic Arugula Salad with Bacon and Burrata
Ingredients
For the salad

baby arugula

slices bacon, cooked too crumbled

fresh figs, sliced

For the dressing
one

garlic

fig jam (they ordinarily sell this amongst the gourmet cheeses)

balsamic vinegar

olive rock oil

Instructions
Make the dressing. Combine garlic, fig jam, balsamic vinegar, olive crude oil, common salt, together with pepper in a food processor or blender. Blend until shine.
To get together salad, top arugula alongside crumbled bacon, sliced figs, carmine tomatoes, burrata (I similar to tear it or cutting it apart so all the creamy cheese comes out), in addition to feta.
Drizzle alongside desired amount of dressing in addition to toss. Serve!
