Fig Balsamic Arugula Salad with Bacon and Burrata

Ingredients



For the salad




  • 6-seven
    cups
    baby arugula


  • four
    slices bacon, cooked too crumbled


  • five-half-dozen
    fresh figs, sliced


  • ane
    loving cup
    ruddy tomatoes, halved


  • ane
    (4 ounce) ball burrata cheese


  • ane/four
    loving cup
    crumbled feta




For the dressing




  • one
    clove
    garlic


  • i
    tablespoon
    fig jam (they ordinarily sell this amongst the gourmet cheeses)


  • 1/four
    loving cup
    balsamic vinegar


  • i/3
    cup
    olive rock oil


  • 1/4
    teaspoon
    common salt


  • ane/four
    teaspoon
    pepper





Instructions





  1. Make the dressing. Combine garlic, fig jam, balsamic vinegar, olive crude oil, common salt, together with pepper in a food processor or blender. Blend until shine.




  2. To get together salad, top arugula alongside crumbled bacon, sliced figs, carmine tomatoes, burrata (I similar to tear it or cutting it apart so all the creamy cheese comes out), in addition to feta.




  3. Drizzle alongside desired amount of dressing in addition to toss. Serve!
