A Late Summer Cheeseboard

Ingredients



For the cheeseboard




  • mozzarella or burrata


  • manchego


  • merlot soaked parmesan


  • smoked bluish cheese


  • garlic in addition to herb caprine animal cheese

  • cheddar

  • fresh figs wrapped inward prosciutto


  • marinated zucchini (recipe follows)


  • salami or whatever other cured meats


  • berries


  • cherries


  • peaches, nectarines, plums


  • grapes


  • preserved lemons


  • marinated olives too peppadew peppers


  • grainy mustard


  • honey


  • assorted nuts similar almonds, cashews, as well as pistachios


  • assorted crackers, breadsticks, too a baguette




For the marinated zucchini
