1 (16 oz) bundle dried cherries

1 loving cup unsalted, roasted shelled pistachios


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Line a large baking sail amongst parchment paper.


In the bowl of a stand upward mixer combine the flour, sugar, oats, baking powder, soda as well as salt.  Mix amongst the paddle attachment until blended – nearly thirty seconds.
